1. Pick your state — ratios, capacity, training hours and reminders all follow your state's official rules.
2. Add your rooms and kids — open spots and waitlist math happen automatically.
3. Check kids in each morning — the Ratio Checker reads attendance and tells you, room by room, whether you have enough staff.
4. Log tuition as it comes in — overdue families and subsidy shortfalls flag themselves on your home screen.
5. Watch Needs Attention — license renewals, expiring CPR cards, missing file papers, drills and aging-up birthdays all surface before they become citations.
6. At tax time — the Year-End Tax Summary and Time-Space % are waiting in Reports, and parent statements take one tap each.
